Mentee Application
Are you between the ages of 16-26 and could use some support to become financially independent and confident in career skills?
Are you prepared to work hard to achieve success and be coachable?
If so, you could be a great fit for the fundfc career/confidence mentorship program!
In order to apply, please complete the following three steps:
1. Fill out the referral contact form https://www.fundfc.org/referrals-and-contact.html with your proof of being wards of the court and answer yes, requesting a mentor on that form.
2. Create an independence plan timeline of what your career goals are and what specific steps it will take to get there and how long it will take you approximately to achieve it all.
3. Write an accompanying essay specifying how a fundfc mentor can benefit you in your success plan (what are your expectations from us and what kind of assistance do you need)?
Your completed timeline and essay should be emailed to [email protected].
These 3 steps will help us determine if the fundfc career/confidence mentorship program is a right fit for you. If so, fundfc would be happy to support you in career/education training and mentor support!
